About who needs care: He has leukemia and is currently on Hospice. He wears oxygen now and is declining, very fatigued. Uses a walker and transport chair. Looking for someone 11:00-4:00 to help him get to bathroom and fix lunch. Possibly assist him with his pain medication as needed. About the care needs: Happy, positive and energetic person. Be patient and able to help transport pt and assist with mobility as needed. Compassionate Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
