About who needs care: she lives in an independent living center and can ambulate some with a walker but to go to meals etc is pushed in a wheelchair. her meal may need to be cut up as needed. has trouble hearing but can read pretty well. could use help with dressing etc. and she sleeps a lot. has a mild dementia but sweet disposition. she is diabetic and uses an insulin pen. and her meds come in pill packs Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
