My 39-year-old brother is mostly blind and lives in the Southtown area of San Antonio. He would like to visit my elderly father at his assisted living facility in Fredericksburg, TX once a week, or every other week, for a few hours . My brother is independent, polite, and appreciative, but needs help with transportation because of his disability. My brother would also enjoy the companionship to help some of the isolation brought about by his condition. An ideal candidate with be a non-smoking adult or young adult with a good driving record and well-kept car. The schedule is flexible, but would ideally be Sundays with pickup in Southtown around 12:30 p.m. and drop off in the same area around 4:30 or 5 p.m. Additional pay for mileage and gas would be provided.
