My husband was diagnosed with a neurological disorder in 2022 at the age of 57. He has needs much like Parkinson's and ALS. He is 6'1, 260# and needs help with ADL's. He uses a walker and requires help with all toileting. He has trouble swallowing and chokes often. I work from home and need someone to sit with him so I can go to doctor appointments, business meetings, or just a few hours to myself. I would like to do a trial run on a workday to make sure you're a good fit before being left alone. He doesn't talk much, and he is hard to understand.
