We are exploring the option of a family "share-care." , age 2 months, will need a part-time nanny when his mom goes back to work this summer. My dad is 83 is struggling with memory loss and completing basic ADLs (recent brain trauma from a fall). There are days where my dad will not need a lot of care - no doctor appts, etc. And there will be days where my sister & her husband will work from home or want to stay home with baby. We are wondering if there is someone magical out there who is interested in a little variety in their caregiving jobs? Some days would be baby care only, some days would be grandparents only.. and some days both! Grandma (who is capable & independent) will babysit Theo and it would be great if you were there too as extra help for all. We're flexible so we can build it into a job that works for you!
