Looking for a patient and compassionate LIVE IN caregiver to take care of my father overnights. Nursing/medical experience a PLUS, but not mandatory. He has diabetes (uses an insulin pump - I will train you), Parkinson's and advanced cognitive issues. He needs help at night 'as-needed' - with his diabetes and going to the bathroom. Job includes a furnished room in a beautiful, peaceful apartment with both my parents, overlooking the Greenbelt. ** Weekend day shifts are available if interested ** In case of emergencies, we ask that you have a reliable car & valid driver's license. Preferences for a self-motivated, kind caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with cats and CPR /first-aid trained.
