She loves walks around the neighborhood with the dog but needs to be escorted for her physical activity. We had a meal plan but did not like the delivery box food, so meal prep with certain groceries would be needed. nothing crazy, family frozen food bags from mall, sandwiches, and take out here and there she likes. she takes pills morning & evening.
