We are All Tennessee Caregivers! - The companion/home health aide is a member of the health care team who performs household tasks and provides supervision and activities that allows the client to remain in the home. - Provide personal care and related services in the home, under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the Services Supervisor. - Executes the plan of care, which has been developed by a registered nurse. - The companion/home health aide is responsible for observing the client's activities and reporting these to the supervisor of patient care.
