About the job
Mom and I live in an apartment in Southern Brentwood. I've been told that she's a sweet, mostly quiet, funny lady. She had a stroke many years ago, uses a Walker to get around, and spends most of her time watching movies. She likes listening to salsa music and dance, snack(like most of us lol), watch birds-her favorite being the cardinal, playing cards, and having conversation. She keeps to herself but I know she'd love to make a friend :) Making sure she uses her walker around the apartment is needed, making or serving breakfast and lunch, supervision of medication so that they don't drop and we know she took them, and seeing that she gets to and from the bathroom OK. She doesn't need assistance with bathing or toileting. *Would love someone who may have flexible availability to include evenings and occasional weekends if possible.
