About who needs care: Looking for support for both parents. Mother has some early stage memory issues and should ideally not be driving. Father has mobility issues due to cancer and therefore weak legs. Father is currently in hospice. Ideal would be to find someone that can help father with mobility issues while also building a relationship with mother to support driving to errands, social interaction etc. Prefer an older care giver that can build a "friend" relationship with mother. Ideally caregiver is female in their 50s+. About the care needs: Someone that is a bit older, female. Someone that is outgoing and friendly. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance (for father). Approximately 6 to 8 hours per week with increases overtime.
