ISO a caregiver(s) to help my friendly and sociable 84-year-old grandfather transition back to home after rehab. He is on 4L O2 and has a foley cath which is all new since the last time he was home. No heavy lifting involved, we just need someone to be with him in the mornings to get set for the day and meals/meds, then some help with dinner and ready for bed. I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship.
