I need a senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Transportation. One of your responsibilities will be helping with showers. We're looking for help with exercises/mobility. Client is post hip surgery complicated by right sided hemiparesis from a previous stroke. You may be asked for transportation to outpatient rehab. We do not have a schedule for rehab yet. Client uses a transport wheelchair/quad cane and a leg brace. She will need assist to transfer from wheelchair to the car/shower/toilet. She will need help lifting her leg into car and supporting right side while walking in order to prevent falls. My mom is petite in size.
