FLEXIBLE HOURS Approximately 15-20 hours per week. DAYS Shifts available include: Weekday EVENING: approximately 4pm-7 p.m. Weekday DAY; approximately 9am-3/4 p.m. Ideally 2 Weekends per month; Saturday & Sunday, approximately 10am-6 p.m. PAY $20 per hour following successful completion of 3 month Trial period at $17 per hour. Private pay and insured W2 employer. CLIENT 92-year-old male, retired physician, farmer, friendly. Mobility: Independently mobilizes using rolling Walker, independently transfers on/off commode, able to negotiate stairs, independent vehicle transfers with assistance. Cognition & Memory: within normal limits. Vision & Hearing: within normal limits. NO chronic bowel incontinence. Intermittent urinary incontinence: independently uses urinal waking hours.
