About who needs care: Needs ADL care such as a shower, assistance transferring. He has type 2 diabetes, Parkinson disease and a-fib. He is very weak with standing and transferring. About the care needs: Someone who can treat him as if he were their own father while assisting performing his ADLs. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
