Seeking extraordinary individual for Senior companionship 3 days/wk 10-4 (Flexible). Our parents have encountered health issues that require them to be in skilled-nursing care. We live nearby and visit often but need support to engage them intellectually and functionally on a steady basis by including a very special care member privately. *nursing home provides all medication, feeding, bathing and medical needs* The ideal individual will be on-hand to help create a pleasant, comfortable and cheerful environment, assist with enhancing their feelings of dignity, be instinctively helpful and positive and a good conversationalist. Mom and Dad, despite some cognitive issues, are sociable and have vibrant personalities and great interests in design, art, style, horticulture and food. $30/hr References required. Thank you!
