About who needs care: This care would be for my 22-year-old daughter who has autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities, and has trouble speaking. We need help for Monday mornings, Friday afternoons and possibly more hours if interested. (No weekends unless desired on occasion). You need to be willing to receive a W2 because of the way her funding is supported. Special Ed and Autism experience is desired, but not required. She is a lovely, sweet young lady who is looking for people who can help her create a life and community of fun and happiness.
