We need companion care to take care of my father. We're looking for some help preparing healthy meals. Looking for a caring and compassionate person to help my father stay mobile, strengthen and stretch following doctors prescribed exercise routine including simple stretching, calisthenics, and short walks. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Currently he bathes, and dresses himself, but sometimes needs help with socks. He is verbal and needs someone who loves to talk a lot that can provide most of the conversation and keep him engaged.
