My grandmother has made it to 101. 5 years old!! Independent until 2024, she is now living here in Portland at a beautiful assisted living facility to be close to us. Nana is very independent and a sharp thinker. She has difficulty hearing and seeing, but can walk with a cane or walker. She like to talk and spend time doing things - going to a store or going for a walk in a park or going out for meal or treat are the best kinds of activities. She love to have baths and we'd love for her to have help getting them at the facility (walk-in bathtub). If you're full of life and eager for some 101. 5-year-old appropriate adventure, you two will get along. Take her to get groceries or errands when appropriate. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Her tiny dog Binky is a constant companion.
