About who needs care: She is very pleasant but vascular and Alzheimers dementia. Husband is stage four cancer and Hospice care should be stepping in soon. They live on five acres outside of Spring Valley, Ohio. They have a cat and small dog. We are currently using an agency but the turnover of staff has been an issue for us. About the care needs: Her long term health care ins requires Someone outgoing and independent worker that can see things that need to be tended to. She needs to be reminded of taking her meds. Supervision when she showers and assistance with dressing. Light housekeeping and her laundry would be a plus. Lunch is delivered but a crock pot meal twice a week would be nice. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
