About who needs care: I just had hip surgery and live alone and need someone to help me do 20 mins of physical therapy a day and just light house work. It would be probably 30-45 mins/day. About the care needs: The caregiver needs to be able to lift my leg in circles for five minutes. I have videos from PT to show you how to do it. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
