About who needs care: Currently on in-home hospice for end stage COPD and difficulties with pain management due to multiple spinal compression fractures. Would need help with transfers if needing to get out of bed or onto bedside commode, and assistance with peri care after going to the bathroom. Will need assistance with nebulizer treatments! About the care needs: May need to assist with medications, will need to be able to help with turning, repositioning, and transfers. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
