About who needs care: His mind is very sharp but his body is failing. He cant stand by himself. We use a manual sit to stand to move him around. Hes not able to pull himself up onto it so we use a gait belt. He cannot toilet himself or wipe. Cant cook. Loves crossword puzzles, board games, cards. He loves to talk, especially about the good old days & is very knowledgeable about our town, nearby lakes, history, etc. About the care needs: A female, 40+, good sense of humor, kind, patient, intelligent. Good conversationalist, Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
