At Compass Care, we are seeking Professional Caregivers, to work with one of a fabulous client in need of an experienced caregiver in Locust Valley, NY (Ongoing employment) The Caregiver will provide concierge level care, ADL's, IADL's, enrichment activities, outings, and more. Provide client safety oversight. Provide companionship and engagement. Provide light housekeeping & meal preparation. Follow a detailed care plan. Complete reporting to be shared with the Care Team Assist with personal care. Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments. Applicants Must be able to communicate in English. Must be able to drive the client to medical appointments and social engagements (clean driving record a Must) Applicants Must be Dependable and professional, well-spoken, with strong communication skills and excellent client service skills, respectful of privacy and open to working with pets. Certifications: CNA/HHA preferred. CPR preferred.
