We are looking for someone to provide 1-2 hours of care between 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. weekdays and evenings between 6:30pm-9 p.m. The days are flexible. You will be caring for a 77yo male who is currently in a wheelchair with significant vision loss. He is able to support himself enough that he can be transferred using a sit-to-stand device for transferring. You must have experience and be comfortable using this type of device. He will need assistance getting out of bed in the morning, toileting, getting dressed and transferring to his wheelchair. He is incontinent with urine but not with bowels. He will need assistance with other daily care including washing, brushing teeth and getting ready for bed in the evening. Light cooking and laundry may also be needed.
