Looking for energetic, committed caregiver with excellent decision making & verbal skills. Must be comfortable actively communicating with non-verbal patient. Light housekeeping. Min. 2 yrs facility & 4 yrs in-home experience required. No major health issues or personal responsibilities which impact work; non-smoker; Covid vaccinated + booster req; RSV vaccinated pref. CPR cert. pref. Must have reliable transportation. Patient is 79 y/o, 120 lb. female with Alzheimer's; unable to walk or perform ADLs; Cooperative & non-aggressive. Personal care incl. feeding, bathing in shower chair, changing in bed & dressing/grooming. Experience with Hoyer lift. Occasional lifting in/out of car. Spouse assists with care. Caregiver is Independent Contractor; No benefits or withholding associated with position. Sa &/or Su (7:30a-9p). M-F (4p-9p)
