About who needs care: Father had a ICH stroke, right arm has paralysis and right leg moves a little. He gets around in a wheelchair. Needs spotting when transferring from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to toilet. He will need help showering. He can talk but is slow to talk. He can hear and is very smart. It would be nice if someone would help him by setting up peddle machine for him. An introvert at heart. He is a big tv guy, sports, news, hunting, comedy and always has been. Two dogs are in and out of the house as they please. About the care needs: A calm positive personality. The person needs to be able to or know how to spot a person and use a gait belt. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
