About who needs care: My mother has a fractured neck and suffers from a lot of pain in her neck and leg. My father is 95 and is physically unable to provide the care she needs. Ideally, someone would be there to help her out of bed if she needs assistance during the night and in the morning. Help them with meals as needed (mainly with the clean up, but simple cooking might be helpful). Make the bed and keep the place tidy. And help my mother shower and get changed. About the care needs: My parents fight verbally with one another a lot. My mom talks a lot and my dog is short tempered. Someone would have to be willing to tolerate screaming on occasion. Someone who is kind and tolerant would be ideal. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
