Senior Care Provider Needed for 87-year-old woman with Alzheimer's in Tom's River. Hours/pay: 4 days per week - Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. $18-$20/hour. You will: Provide assistance with AM care (shower, and dressing). Provide assistance with daily medication reminder. Provide light meal for lunch/ early dinner. Light cleaning, light laundry. Companionship. * Senior is independent with bathroom needs, and is mobile without need of assistance. You need: -Government issued photo ID. -Copy of certification of applicable training. *You will need to be willing to sign contract and proof of payment (1099 form) as per insurance request.
