He has a PEG tube ( type of feeding tube) Needs morning meds, formula, hydration, evening meds and meals prepared About the care needs: someone quieter, patient, sense of humor experience with cancer patients and/or dementia patients * activities of daily living - but mainly nighttime (evening) shifts Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
