My 90-year-old grandfather has Parkinson's, my grandmother is his current caretaker, but she needs more assistance as his Parkinson's progresses. Upon his discharge from rehab, we are unsure of what his daily needs are going to be, so the first couple weeks will be an assessment on what is needed, and what will be needed moving forward. About the care needs: He loves the Phillies and Eagles and watches a lot of Fox news. He doesn't talk much, but I'm looking for someone who will promote conversation and verbal response ques which are a big part of Parkinson's rehabilitation. Assistance to and from the bathroom as well as encouragement to get up and walk/move. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
