Nonaggressive dementia client needs assistance Tuesday-Thursday Duties: Client goes to dialysis Tuesday and Thursday. Due to memory state, client needs someone to sit with her during dialysis. Dialysis is 12:30-4:30 Tuesday and Thursday. Caregiver will help client get ready for dialysis, transport to center 2 miles away. Sit with her and bring her home. Weekly gas stipend will be paid. The caregiver WILL NOT perform any tasks at the dialysis facility, sitting only. On Wednesday the caregiver will help client with bathing, change linens. There is eye drop prescription given once a day. No other medication reminders are needed.
