Seeking live-in home care near Huntersville for my parents in their 80s. Dad has alzheimers and has started to struggle with health issues, but is still rather independent around the house. Mom is cognitively strong, but suffering early effects of parkinsons and needs help getting around (uses a walker). Important - experience with managing and prompting medication is required. Some light housework is involved (tidying up, laundry, etc.). We're looking for some help preparing simple meals (they like simple salads, soups, sandwiches, fruit). Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Part of your responsibilities may include running errands. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments.
