Family in Grifton, North Carolina, is looking for a caregiver for their 90-year-old mother, who has significant short-term memory loss and mild dementia, remains physically agile, and resides in her own home, with assistance provided by family members. Duties include personal hygiene care; grocery shopping and other outings, including for fun and companionship; light meal preparation and clean-up. Caregiver should be compassionate, able to provide emotional support, and safety-conscious on behalf of client. Other applicant qualities include patience, understanding, and empathy towards challenges faced by the elderly; punctual, trustworthy, and efficient; and able to communicate clearly with family members. Preferred hours are 8am-12 p.m. daily.
Required:
US Citizen or documents to work in the US.
Driver's License and safe driving record.
