About who needs care: My dad is outdoors some of the day. He walks with a walker or a cane. He does have chronic back pain. He gets up at 8:00 a.m. and eats breakfast and gets out for a little while. Then he comes back to the house to rest for the remainder of the day. He eats breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home. He needs someone to cook, clean, schedule doctor appointments, pick up prescriptions, and take him to his doctor appointments. About the care needs: We need someone friendly. We need someone who is detailed, a good planner. They need to be a good cook and do basic cleaning. We need someone who is disciplined and can keep my father on track with his medicines and doctor appointments. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
