About who needs care: things are changing quickly for my husband. Lives in wheel chair due to loss of use of both legs. Transfers are getting impossible for us. Need help deciding on next step for keeping him at home. About the care needs: yard work, bathing and assisting elderly couple. Both have limited use of hands - legs- shoulders, wife has oxygen 24-7, and is recovering from heart valve replacement - so weakened but alert. have spare bedroom/bathroom if that would be considered partial pay for services. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
