M-F 8:30 a.m. - 1:30pm, w/ the occasional weekend (with extra notice). I need help with my father who lives in my home & has moderate dementia. He is happy, grateful, appreciative, just gets confused at times. He is eager to please & needs someone who is ready to help with easy PT/OT activities, encourage him to read & use cognitive games and such. The position includes light cooking, complete any needs of my father's (laundry, bed sheets, shower/grooming, clean his bathroom/bedroom). Walk small dog w/ my father 2x a day. Please be caring & empathetic. He is a bit unsteady, so you have to go at his pace. Have the correct attitude. We have an 18lbs dog who loves everyone. I need someone who is reliable, can be on time, along with not be on their phone all day. We would like someone for long term employment & who can be comfortable in our home.
