Physically strong and normal, but mild improving confusion and cognition. Needs 24/7 supervision for safety with decisions, and mild assist with ADLs, cooking, etc.. safety concerns with some decisions About the care needs: Outgoing, friendly and supportive. Someone able to assist with mild household and ADL tasks Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
