I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Heavy Lifting, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Patient is a 35 yr old female who has end stage liver disease, and faces hepatic encephalopathy episodes which need an adult to monitor for symptoms as she won't be aware when it happens.
