My father and mother have been living alone in their house in Portage Mi. My mother recently fell and broke her hip and is now at Hospital and later to go to rehab for a few weeks. I am their son and visiting from out, but leaving this Wed to fly back home. My dad needs someone to come and pick him a few days a week when his friends can't do it, to take him to the hospital and to my mom's room as he walks with a walker. When at the hospital he can walk to a wheel chair but will need to be pushed to the room. The person assisting could say there at the hospital for a couple hours or come back later to take him home. He could also use help with grocery shopping, for things he can't order online and to help with minor things around the home, if needed, like meal prop when he isn't ordering food online , etc.
