About who needs care: Client is 100 yr old retired physician, independent until about 1 yr ago when he fell and fractured distal femur. Had repair, now living back at home with 94 yo spouse. He uses a walker, needs assistance with bathing dressing, occasional assistance with personal hygiene and getting his meals About the care needs: Someone who is confident and comfortable assisting the elderly. Someone who listens to their client, respectful- if they also speak Spanish that would be a plus, but not necessary Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
