We are looking for an in-home care provider with Parkinsons/Dementia experience for my father in his 80s. My mother will be there much of the time but she needs help with evening routines. Assistance with transitions from living room to bedroom or bathroom, etc, bathing, bedtime routine and medications would be required. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation, monitoring husband when eating, and light household management. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction, encouraging movement exercises. Very flexible on days, but mainly looking for someone in the evening hours, roughly 4-10 p.m. (4-6 hours per day)
