**Looking for a kind and reliable CNA to assist our father with Parkinson's disease during the night. Preventing falls is our top priority.** **Schedule** * 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. * 2-3 nights per week (flexible - ideally Sun, Tues, Thurs or Mon, Weds, Fri) **Tasks:** * Assist with safe transfers (bed-to-walker, bed-to-chair, etc.). This is critical, as our father is very frail and prone to falls * Help with bathroom needs and nighttime toileting * Morning routine: getting dressed, washing, medication reminders (including 1 midnight dose) * Light housekeeping tasks may be included **Qualities we value:** * Experience with Parkinson's care * Excellent skills helping patients move around the house while preventing falls * Reliable & punctual * Awake at night or light sleeper
