Hello! We are looking for someone with experience working with older adults to assist a couple in their 80s with managing their household and day to day needs. They need help with devising and maintaining a weekly schedule, arranging activities and appointments, problem solving, sticking to a routine, and identifying local resources as needed. We are looking for someone who is a good driver with a reliable car to drive and accompany them to appointment and to run errands. The ideal candidate is a good communicator, warm, caring, patient, proactive, engaged and organized and enjoys the company of older adults. This is a PT daytime role in-person, we can discuss scheduling. The ideal schedule would be 3-5hrs three weekdays per week, ramping up to five days per week.
