Looking for a kind, compassionate senior care giver for my 89-year-old mom with poor vision and my dad who is forgetful and a little confused at times. The position is part-time, in my parents home. We would like an experienced caregiver who is considerate and respectful with a sense of humor/fun. Seeking to have someone 3 days/week x 4 hours to be present and assist with household tasks, bathing and dressing as needed, light housekeeping such as wiping kitchen table and counter tops, dishes, sweeping kitchen floor, change bed linens every other week, and do laundry. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We'll need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
