Hi my name is Nicole, I require a personal care attendant to assist me with everyday activities like bathing, eating, getting dressed and driving me places in my van. HOURS Thursday and Friday 5am-9 a.m. Monday and Tuesday afternoon 3:30pm-6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday 9pm-12 a.m. (once per month) Saturday 4pm-8 p.m. Sunday 3pm-7 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm-9:30 p.m. Sunday 7pm-10 p.m. * You do not need to do all shifts Bonuses The early morning shift is eligible for a cash bonus for people that are on time and reliable. LOCATION I live in a single family home, in a nice neighborhood in Lauraville. REQUIREMENTS I am looking for someone who only wants part time and who plans to stay for at least one year. You do not need any experience in health care. You absolutely must have a driver's license and be comfortable with pets.
