About who needs care: My mother was recently diagnosed with cancer and has had several surgical procedures for it. She also has glaucoma, which has impaired her sight, and she experiences severe pains in her head and forehead because of nerve damage after having shingles. She is mobile, of sound mind, and gregarious. She is staying with me because of medical treatments and normally resides in the Caribbean. About the care needs: Someone who is social, kind, and loves to chat with basic medical care knowledge and lots of patience. Someone who has transportation and can drive. Services needed include: companionship.
