About who needs care: dementia, mobility deficit. pain are most significant underlying issues. she likes to watch the birds. enjoy her pets (dogs and cats). her vision is poor but she likes to read and look at magazines. she gets up at 10:30, needs assist with ADL's, has breakfast. she takes a nap around 2p. she just needs someone nearby for queuing, reminders, + and ADL's. Companionship. About the care needs: I would prefer someone who is experienced with working with elders with dementia. preferably in 50's or older (but not mandatory) . my mom isn't a really bubbly person so someone who's energy is quiet would be a nice fit. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
