We are looking for someone to come Saturdays from 3P-8P and Sundays from 8A-3P. She has a Caregiver that spends Saturday afternoon thru Sunday afternoon with family so is unable to be there. My mom has mild dementia with no behaviors. She is unable to ambulate and uses a Hoyer to transfer to her recliner next to her hospital bed. My dad is able to help w/ the Hoyer. Care would include transferring her back to bed on Saturday night, continence care and putting her Purewick system on for overnight. On Sunday morning, we need someone to perform continence care in her bed then transfer her with the Hoyer back to the recliner. The rest of the time is companion care and sitting next to her to watch her eat (mechanical soft diet). She is able to feed herself. My dad can make her meals.
