PART_TIME JOB - $25 to $30 an hour - Initially 10 to 12 hours a week - 5 to 6 hours 2 days a week or 4 hours for 3 days. Any days - possibly more hours after 3 months. Lives in Framingham. Services needed include: companionship, mobility assistance, sometimes help with shower & dressing. Cooking, cleaning, driving, errands, med assistance NOT NEEDED. Must speak english with limited accent - mother is hard of hearing. Virginia is 97, prior 3rd grade teacher & artist, still sketches portraits, very social. looking for engagement. Primary responsibility is social engagement. Medical - uses walker 100% of the time, Chronic Afib, managed with meds, 45% hearing loss, some dementia/anxiety. Experience working with elderly, dementia & most of all people with hearing loss. Know to speak directly to them & focus conversation.
