Seeking hands-on care near Boston for my husband in his 80s. He is a retired head of school, long distance runner, mountaineer and sailor. He grew up in Australia but has lived in many places in the world. We have been married for 50 years and worked together as heads of private schools. It is important that you are willing to take him for a walk in the neighborhood for 2+ miles. Thereafter, your responsibilities will include setting up and feeding him dinner. We may need you to handle groceries or errands when appropriate. Experience with managing and administering medication is important. Some light tidying up is involved. Preference for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
